Riding in Luxembourg

Few countries have produced as many Tour de France winners per head of population. Nicolas Frantz, Charly Gaul and Andy Schleck all took the yellow jersey home to Luxembourg. The Tour de Luxembourg keeps that tradition alive, and the hilly north and the rocky Mullerthal region give local riders plenty to work with.

A proud racing nation deserves kit that looks the part.

Roads worth the trip

Luxembourg Ardennes. The hilly north of the country, with steep wooded valleys, castles and short, sharp climbs.

Mullerthal. Known as Little Switzerland, with sandstone gorges, forests and twisting roads.

Moselle wine route. Flat riverside roads through vineyards along the border with Germany, perfect for a recovery spin.

What to wear, season by season

Luxembourg's climate is much like Belgium's. A long sleeve kit with bib tights carries you through the cooler months, with a windbreaker for descents. In summer, switch to a short sleeve kit.

Every Nordvelo design comes in men's and women's fits. Shop men's kit or women's kit.
